Available in the same range of sizes and power as Magna, Super, Super Plus and Micromesh, HDL is the product of choice when net is removed after cooking in the home or industrial kitchen. A ‘handle’ is sewn into the complete length of the net making it easy to start a knife cut without damaging the surface of the meat.
